Hey There
Welcome! We know how much effort it takes to find the therapist that is right for you, and we hope to make this process as easy as possible.
About Me
Hi, I’m Laura, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado who believes deeply in the power of collaboration, compassion, and genuine human connection. I know that at different points in our lives, we all need a bit of guidance. I see you as the expert of your own story, and my role is to walk alongside you as you navigate challenges, uncover your strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I work with adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, and work-related stress, with a particular interest in supporting caregivers and adult children of aging parents or caregivers. I’m committed to offering a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered. As a social worker guided by the NASW Code of Ethics, I bring a strengths-based, collaborative approach to therapy and I strive to create a space where clients can show up authentically.

I believe everyone has inherent skills and talents, and therapy should reflect each person’s unique needs. Because no two people are the same, I tailor my approach to support your goals in a way that feels right for you. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I’m also expanding my expertise with specialized ADHD training to better support clients seeking clarity and practical tools around attention-related concerns.

I earned my Master of Social Work from the University of Kansas and my Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame. These experiences shaped my passion for helping people feel more grounded, capable, and connected, especially within their relationships and communities. I believe strongly in the power of connection during times of challenge and celebration, and I hope the therapy space I offer can become one of those meaningful supports.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something to shift, therapy can be a powerful place to start. My goal is to walk alongside you with warmth, curiosity, and encouragement as you move toward a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.

When you’re ready, I’m here.
